Just a heads-up, the gym could use some improvements. it was quite hot during my workout, and the water station was broken.

I had a wonderful stay with my family, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially during breakfast when they ensured everything was well stocked. The proximity to local shopping and dining options made our outing very convenient. One area of improvement would be addressing the elevator issues we experienced during our stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I’ll never forget. Highly recommend this place, and I'll be back next year!

I asked for extra towels and received them after a long wait. Breakfast options were limited, and I had issues with the breakfast coupon for two guests instead of three. Staff temperatures varied. some were friendly while others seemed indifferent. Despite the drawbacks, the positive aspects made the stay tolerable.

In my wife’s opinion, the room would benefit from more kid-friendly amenities. A play area would be great for families with children.
